Delivery

Delivery is performed by the Nova Poshta service.

You can receive your order at the Nova Poshta Office or order a courier delivery to your home. The cost of delivery is calculated individually according to the carrier's tariffs. We will notify you about the price after sending orders. Please note that in case of payment for the order upon receipt, you will need to pay for the postpaid service at the carrier's rates.

Payment

You can pay for the order in any convenient way:

🔸Cashless payment by Visa or Master Card

🔸Cashless or cash payment upon receipt of the order at the carrier's office.

🔸Only cash payment, in case of address delivery by the carrier.

Return

If you need to return an item you can do so within 14 days for an exchange or refund as required. We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned  are deemed to have been damaged or used.
